1. Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Conditions:
     Free return shipping if the item is:
    • Damaged during transit
    • Defective or materially different from the product description
       Customer pays return shipping if the reason is:
    • Change of mind / Wrong size or specification chosen

2. Return Process

  1. Pre-Approval Required:
    • Contact us via Email sales@azupet.com to initiate a return.
    • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Authorization:
    • We will verify eligibility within 2 business days and email you:
      • Approved return shipping address
      • Unique Return Authorization Number (must be marked on the package)
      • Step-by-step return instructions

3. Inspection & Refund

  • Processing Time:
    • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refund Method:
    • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., Visa, Google Pay).
    • Allow 1-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. Exceptions

  • Returns may be rejected if:
    • Items show signs of use, wear.
    • Original tags, packaging, or accessories are missing.
    • No Return Authorization Number is provided.

5. Google Policy Compliance

  • Transparency:
    • Full refund amount excludes non-refundable return shipping fees for customer-initiated returns
    • No restocking fees apply.
